Recipe Notes

Expert Tips for Layered Jelly Ice Cream Success

  • For a smoother curd layer, strain the hung curd (Greek yogurt) through a cheesecloth for a few hours to remove excess whey.
  • Adjust the sweetness of the curd layer to your liking by adding more or less sweetened condensed milk.
  • Get creative with jelly flavors! Strawberry, raspberry, or even mango jelly would create delicious variations.
  • For a more sophisticated presentation, use elegant dessert glasses or small bowls. You can also layer in additional elements like chocolate shavings or fresh berries.
