Ingredients
- 150 gm Pumpkin
- ¼ cup Black Chana (boiled)
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Panch Phoran
- ½ tsp Dry Mango Powder (dried)
- 1 Red Chillies (dried)
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Take a pan add mustard oil. Let the smoke come out add panch phoran dried red chilli.
- Add pumpkin pieces, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, boiled black chana and salt. Mix evenly then cook in a low flame with cover.
- After 10 minutes open the lid add dried mango powder. Mix evenly again. Then serve with roti/ chapati/ paratha/ steamed rice or whatever you like.
