Ingredients
- 250 gm yellow pumpkin
- 50 gm black chana
- 1 teaspoon raw ginger
- 1 teaspoon raw turmeric
- 2 green chillies
- 2 red chilli
- 1 teaspoon panch phoran
- 1 teaspoon roasted panch phoran powder
- 2 tbsp coconut paste
- 1 tbsp turmeric paste
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- Salt

Instructions
- Grate the pumpkin and keep aside. Boil the black chana and keep aside.
- Take a pan add mustard oil, red chilli and panch phoran. Add grated pumpkin, boiled chana, grated ginger, grated turmeric, coconut paste and salt.
- Mix all together and cook then add tamarind paste, again, coconut paste and roasted panch phoran powder. Ready to serve with chapati, paratha steamed rice etc.
