Ingredients
Arabiatta Sauce
Pasta & Vegetables
- 8 ounces Farfalle Pasta
- 1 cup Bell Peppers diced, red, yellow
- 1/2 cup Olives black, pitted
- 1/2 cup Baby Corn diced
- 5 French Beans sliced
- 1/4 tsp Pepper black, freshly ground
- 1 tbsp Garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Herbs italian blend recommended, dried, mixed
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Garnish
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
- 1/2 cup Nutrela Chunks coarsely ground
- 1/2 cup Bell Peppers diced, for garnish, red, yellow
- 4 French Beans for garnish, sliced
- 2 leaves Lettuce for garnish, large leaves
- 1 tbsp Parsley finely chopped, for garnish
- 1 tbsp Butter for nutrela
Instructions
Prepare the Arabiatta Sauce
- Cook tomatoes in boiling water for 5-7 minutes, then peel and mash them.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic and chopped onion until softened.
- Add the mashed tomatoes, tomato ketchup, sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in chopped parsley. Set aside.
Cook the Pasta and Grill Vegetables
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add farfalle pasta and cook according to package directions.
- While pasta cooks, preheat a grill pan or broiler.
- Toss diced bell peppers and sliced French beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill until tender-crisp.

- Add pitted black olives.

- Toss to combine. Add mixed dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
Plate the Pasta Garden
- Place a generous dollop of Arabiatta sauce on a serving dish and spread it to create a rectangular base.
- Arrange lettuce leaves on one corner of the sauce.
- Layer the farfalle pasta over the sauce. Repeat the layering with sauce and pasta, ending with pasta on top.
- Arrange the Nutrela mixture around the edges of the Arabiatta sauce.
- Garnish with the grilled vegetables on the opposite corner from the lettuce.
- Grate mozzarella cheese over the pasta.
