Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Boneless Chicken
- 20 Red Chillies (soaked in water numbers)
- 2 tbsp Coriander (seed )
- 1/2 tsp Fennel Seed
- tsp Pepper (corns1/4)
- Clove1 (clove1)
- 1/4 inch Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Curd
- Oil (for frying)
- Garnishing (or onion onion rings for)
- 1 Lemon

Instructions
- Grind soaked dried chillies with all the ingredients except chicken and oil. Do not use water. Add curd for grinding. Thick paste is ready for marination. Marinate boneless chicken with the ground paste. Let it marinate for two hours.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry marinate chicken in oil. Fry till golden brown. Garnish it with lemon and onion rings.Homemade masala Chilli chicken is ready to serve in a restaurant style.
