Who says health and weight loss should mean that the food is bland. Well, in this case, it isn’t. Eggs and mushrooms,two most powerful medium of protien. Button mushroom is a low calorie food. Eggs are the inexpensive source of protien as we all know. Both are good sources of Selenium. Rich in Iron, this yummy breakfast is just perfect.
Yield / Serves
Button mushrooms sliced 1 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Parsley and coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 1
Garlic minced 1 tsp
Tomato slices to serve along 1/2 cup
Heat the oil and saute the garlic and the onions a little.Add the sliced mushrooms now.
Now add in the beaten eggs with salt and pepper and some parsley. Reserve some for the final garnish
Cook on low flame until done.
Garnish with chopped parsley and coriander both.
Serve it hot with some brown bread and tomato slices alongside for a perfect breakfast.
