Who says health and weight loss should mean that the food is bland. Well, in this case, it isn't. Eggs and mushrooms,two most powerful medium of protien. Button mushroom is a low calorie food. Eggs are the inexpensive source of protien as we all know. Both are good sources of Selenium. Rich in Iron, this yummy breakfast is just perfect.

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Button Mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Coriander (or parsley parsley and chopped)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
- to slice Tomato (or serve serve along)

Instructions
- Heat the oil and saute the garlic and the onions a little.Add the sliced mushrooms now.
- Now add in the beaten eggs with salt and pepper and some parsley. Reserve some for the final garnish
- Cook on low flame until done.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and coriander both.
- Serve it hot with some brown bread and tomato slices alongside for a perfect breakfast.
