Ingredients
 

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Button Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Coriander or parsley parsley and chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • to slice Tomato or serve serve along

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil and saute the garlic and the onions a little.Add the sliced mushrooms now.

  • Now add in the beaten eggs with salt and pepper and some parsley. Reserve some for the final garnish
