  • In a separate bowl, mash the banana well. Add yogurt, jaggery (or maple syrup/brown sugar), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Add Optional Ingredients & Bake

  • Stir in the chopped walnuts (if using). Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
  • Bake in a preheated air fryer at 160°C (320°F) for 13-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Do not overbake.
