Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a loaf tin.
Dry Ingredients
- Sift together the semolina, whole wheat flour, and baking powder 3-4 times. Add the desiccated coconut and mix well.

Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for a Perfect Double Decker Bounty Cake:
- For an even richer flavor, use high-quality cocoa powder and chocolate chips.
- Don't overmix the batter, as this can lead to a tough cake. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- If you prefer a more intense coconut flavor, feel free to add more desiccated coconut to the batter.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before slicing to prevent it from crumbling. This also allows the flavors to meld.
