Ingredients
- 100 gm Dalia (broken wheat)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- small bowl Green Peas (of frozen)
- 1 Cumin Seeds (tsb)
- 1 Coriander Powder (tsb)
- 1 Turmeric Powder (tsb)
- 1 pinch asafoetida

Instructions
- Pressure cook Dalia for 4 whistles. It should be cooked properly otherwise would remain uncooked and can cause stomach problem.
- In a hot wok, put oil and add  cumin seeds let it splutter and you can hear a crackling sound,put the chopped onion, let it become translucent.
- Add tomato and rest of the spices, add thawed peas and cover the lid. The vegetables will cook in its on steam.
- Add cooked Dalia to it and let it cook for 2 more minutes. Your tasty healthy Dalia is ready
