About Healthy Chia Seed Idli/Dosa Powder Recipe
This recipe elevates the classic South Indian Idli/Dosa powder with the addition of nutrient-rich chia seeds! A staple in my home, this flavorful condiment is easy to make in bulk and adds a healthy boost to your daily meals. It's perfect for busy mornings and packed lunches.Traditional Idli powder uses lentils and sesame seeds, but I've replaced sesame seeds with organic chia seeds for a significant nutritional upgrade. Chia seeds are packed with Omega-3s, Omega-6s, protein, and fiber, making this powder a powerhouse of goodness.Whether you use it as a paste, spread it on your Idli or Dosa, or pack it for travel, this versatile powder offers a delicious and convenient way to enjoy a healthy and flavorful breakfast or snack.
