Ingredients

- 1 cup Pearl Millet Flour bajra flour
- 1/2 cup Fenugreek Leaves methi, finely chopped, fresh
- 1 pinch Asafoetida hing
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Chili Powder adjust to taste, red
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste

- 1/4 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Oil for mixing into the dough + for cooking
- 1/2 cup Water or as needed to make a stiff dough
Instructions
Prepare the Dough

Knead the Dough
