Ingredients
 

For the Lemon Butter Sauce

For the Basa and Vegetables

  • 2 Basa about 6 oz each, fillets
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers diced (any color)
  • 1 cup Rice cooked
  • 1 cup Beans green, trimmed and halved
  • 1 Potato cut into wedges, medium
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for roasting vegetables
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Lemon Butter Sauce

  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add crushed garlic and cook for 10 seconds, until fragrant.
  • Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and freshly ground pepper.
  • Stir in sour cream (optional).

Roast the Vegetables
