- 2 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Pepper black, freshly ground, to taste
Instructions
Marinate the Steak
- In a shallow dish, combine balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the steak, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight.
Prepare the Balsamic Vinaigrette
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking constantly until emulsified. Set aside.
Grill the Steak

Assemble the Salad
- In a large bowl, toss mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Drizzle half the vinaigrette, tossing to coat.
Slice and Serve
- Slice the rested steak thinly against the grain. Arrange steak over the salad. Drizzle remaining vinaigrette. Top with feta and walnuts. Serve immediately.
