Ingredients
Potatoes
- 4 Potato large potatoes, parboiled
Seasoning & Flavor
- 2 tsp Garlic minced or finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes or to taste
- 1 tbsp Herbs dried italian herbs, mixed, or a mix of your favorites (rosemary, oregano), thyme
- 1/2 tsp Pepper black, freshly ground, or to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste

Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes
- Cut the parboiled potatoes lengthwise into approximately 1/2-inch thick slices.
Sauté Garlic
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Roast the Potatoes
- Add the potatoes to the skillet and season generously with salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and mixed herbs. Toss to coat evenly.
Finish & Serve
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the potatoes are heated through and slightly browned, tossing occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice. Serve immediately.
