Ingredients
- ½ cup Green Peas mutter, boiled
- 2 tablespoon Turmeric Fresh, haldi, peeled, grated
- 2 tablespoon Ghee
- ½ Cumin seeds
- 2 Cardamom
- 2 Dried red chili
- 8 to 10 Cashews
- 1 pinch Nutmeg grated
- ¼ teaspoon Hing Asafoetida – Â
- 1 cup Curd whisked
- 1 tablespoon Besan Gram flour – 1 Tablespoon
- Salt as per taste
- ¼ teaspoon Red chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon Garam masala
- ¼ cup Water

Instructions
- Heat ghee in kadai, add cumin seeds, dried red chilli, cardamom, grated fresh turmeric, hing. Saute for 1 minute.
- Add cashew nuts, Saute for 30 seconds.
- Add green peas, mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add besan and cook for 30 second.
- Switch off the flame. Add curd, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, water mix well. Now again start the flame and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve hot with roti or rice or bajre or jawari ki roti.
