- 1/2 medium Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
- 1 medium Tomato thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Olives black, sliced
- 1/4 cup Jalapeno Peppers sliced (optional)
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
Instructions
Prepare the Dough
- Combine flour, salt, yogurt, baking powder, and olive oil in a bowl. Mix well with your hands for 2 minutes.
- Gradually add lukewarm water until a soft dough forms. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Assemble the Pizza
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Roll out the dough to a 1/3-inch thick circle and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the dough with olive oil.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base.
- Arrange bell pepper, onion, tomato, black olives, and jalapeno peppers (if using) on the sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
Bake the Pizza
