Expert Tips for the Best Passion Fruit Sorbet
- For the best flavor, use fresh, ripe passion fruits. Look for fruits that are plump and slightly soft to the touch.
- If you don't have an ice cream maker, you can still make this sorbet! Just be sure to stir the mixture every 30-45 minutes while it freezes to break up ice crystals.
- Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. If you prefer a less sweet sorbet, reduce the sugar to ¾ cup.
- Garnish your sorbet with fresh passion fruit pulp or a sprig of mint before serving for an extra touch of elegance.
