- 8 ounces oz Chocolate semisweet chocolate; high-quality chocolate yields the best results.
- Toppings as needed, chopped nuts, etc., sea salt, sprinkles, white chocolate drizzle
- Several Paper Towel for drying strawberries thoroughly
- 1 sheet Wax Paper for setting the chocolate-covered strawberries
Instructions

- Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries with paper towels. Completely dry strawberries prevent the chocolate from seizing.
Melt the Chocolate
