Drumsticks flowers with zucchini which has lot of benefits. It is beneficial plant and contains a variety of vitamins and minerals. Cooked zucchini is particularly high in vitamin A, though raw zucchini contains slightly less.
Drum stick flowers have medicinal properties. It controls blood pressure and blood sugar. It grows in spring season. This is the period when people fall sick. Whole drum stick flowers, leaves and seeds are medicinal. We should consume it because of its medicinal properties.
I made the flowers with vegetables to make the recipe more healthy.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl Drumstick (flowers)
- bowl Zucchini (chopped)
- bowl Cauliflower (chopped)
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1 tbsp Mustard Sauce
- ½ tsp Panch Phoran
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- Green Chillies (chopped)
- leaves Coriander (chopped)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Wash the drumstick flowers, chop zucchini and cauliflower.
- Take a pan add mustard oil, panch phoran and red chilli. Saute for a few seconds, then add chopped zucchini and cauliflower
- Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, green chillies, salt and flowers. Stir for a minute and close the lid to make soft.
- Then add chopped tomato, garam masala and again cook. Finally add mustard sauce put off the flame. Mix evenly and sprinkle with coriander.
