Ingredients
For the Dough
- 250 gm All-Purpose Flour refined flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 2-3 tbsp Oil for the dough
- 1/2 cup Water approximately, add as needed to form a soft dough
For the Filling
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Cashews grated
- 1/2 cup Walnuts chopped
- 1/2 cup Melon Seeds
- 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder elaichi powder
For Frying
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Prepare the Dough
- Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and oil in a mixing bowl. Gradually add water, mixing until a smooth, soft dough forms. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Prepare the Filling
