  • Pour the rolled oats and cacao powder into a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  • Soften the chopped dates in the microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds with 1/4 cup of water. Drain excess water.
  • Add the softened dates, vanilla extract, and dark chocolate chips to the food processor with the oat mixture. Pulse until a dough forms. Roll into approximately 10 small balls. Set aside.

Make the Smoothie

  • Combine all smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  • Garnish with the energy balls, chopped chocolate, peanut butter, peanuts, hemp seeds, and chia seeds.
  • Serve immediately.
