Ingredients
- 1 cup Cucumber deskinned-1 cup
- 1/4 leaves Mint Leaves or mint mint or
- 1 Ginger
- 1 tsp Salt black, or namak or kala namak
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Sugar or as per taste
- Water as required
- Serving ice as required for
Instructions
- Take a blender or a food processor, add cucumber pieces, mint leaves, ginger pieces, black salt, little water and blend it to fine mixture.
- Strain this mixture and add required quantity of water to the strained liquid.
- Add lemon juice, sugar, honey, mix well and add some ice cubes.
- Cucumber mint drink is ready to be served.
Recipe Notes
Black salt or kala namak is optional, can be replaced with normal salt.
Sugar, honey can be adjusted as per taste. Sweetness can be adjusted with only honey.

- For an extra cooling twist, add a few basil leaves or a slice of green chili to the blender before straining; this adds depth and a subtle kick that complements the drink’s tanginess.
