Recipe Notes

Expert Tips for the Best Crunchy Noodle Salad

  • Toasting the sesame seeds and peanuts enhances their flavor and adds a delightful crunch. Toast them in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
  • For extra flavor and visual appeal, consider adding other vegetables like shredded carrots, edamame, or thinly sliced cucumbers.
  • Adjust the amount of honey in the vinaigrette to your liking. If you prefer a less sweet dressing, reduce the amount of honey or add a touch more rice vinegar.
  • This salad is best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. The noodles may soften slightly over time.
