Recipe Notes
Expert Tips
- For extra crispy fries, ensure the taro sticks are completely dry before frying. Excess moisture will lead to soggy fries.
- Adjust the amount of red chili powder to your preferred spice level. For a milder flavor, reduce the amount or omit it altogether.
- Feel free to add other vegetables to the sauce, such as peas, carrots, or bell peppers, for added flavor and nutrition.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor. The fries may soften slightly if allowed to sit for too long.
