  • Combine all-purpose flour, oil, salt, and water in a bowl. Knead into a smooth, soft dough. Cover and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.

Prepare the Filling

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add coriander seeds and sauté until fragrant. Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute. Add gram flour and roast, stirring constantly, until lightly browned. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Combine Filling Ingredients

  • Once the roasted gram flour has cooled, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well to combine all the spices.
