Expert Tips for Perfect Falafel
- Soaking is Key: Soaking the chickpeas ensures a tender and flavorful falafel. Don't skip this step!
- Don't Over-Process: Pulse the mixture, rather than pureeing it completely, to retain some texture in the falafel.
- Control the Heat: Fry at medium-high heat to achieve a crispy exterior without burning the inside. Adjust the heat as needed.
- Rest Before Serving: Allow the falafel to rest for a few minutes after frying to ensure they are fully cooked and crispy.
