  • 1/4 tsp Salt to taste

Prepare the Aloo Tikki Patties

  • Mash the boiled potatoes. In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, coriander, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to form a dough.
  • Shape the mixture into small, flat patties.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Set aside.

Prepare the White Peas (Matar)

  • If you haven't already, soak the white peas overnight. Pressure cook the peas with a little water until tender. Season with salt.
