Recipe Notes

Expert Tips for Perfect Aaloo Palak Tikkis

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of garam masala to the potato mixture.
  • If the mixture is too wet, add a little more bread to help bind it together.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan when frying the tikkis; fry in batches to ensure even browning and crispiness.
  • Experiment with different chutneys and dips to find your perfect pairing – tamarind chutney, mint chutney, or a simple raita all work well.
