- 3 Potato boiled and mashed, medium-sized
- 2 slices Bread crusts removed, white bread
- 1 tbsp Coriander dhania, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 cup Fruits chopped (adjust to taste), dried, optional, such as raisins or cranberries

Instructions
Prepare the Spinach Mixture
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and green chilies; sauté until fragrant.
- Add chopped spinach, salt, and red chili powder. Sauté until all water is absorbed and the mixture is dry.
- Set aside to cool.
Prepare the Potato Mixture
- In a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes. Add the bread, coriander, salt, chaat masala, and dried fruits (if using).
- Mix well to combine.
