Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp Thandai Syrup
- Pinch Saffron strands
- 1 cup Milk
- 3-4 Tbsp Ice Cream vanilla
- 3-4 Tbsp Cream Cheese softened
For the Strawberry Swirl
- 1 Tbsp Strawberries crushed
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the Thandai syrup, saffron strands, chilled milk, vanilla ice cream, and softened cream cheese.
- Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and frothy.
- Refrigerate the shake while you prepare the other components.
To make base
- Place the digestive biscuits in a resealable bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin. Alternatively, pulse them in a food processor.
- Combine the crushed biscuits with softened butter and mix well. This mixture will form the base of the shake.
