Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy whipping cream.
  • Whisk the ingredients together until they are completely combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Add the finely chopped betel leaves and Paan masala mix to the creamy mixture.
  • Gently fold in the Paan ingredients until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a square baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. This will prevent sticking and make it easier to serve later.
  • Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap, ensuring the wrap touches the surface of the Kulfi to prevent ice crystals from forming.
  • Freeze the Kulfi for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to solidify completely.
  • About 20 minutes before serving, remove the Kulfi from the freezer. This allows it to soften slightly for a creamier texture.

  • If you don't have traditional kulfi molds, you can use small ramekins or even ice cube trays.
