Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for the Perfect Mango Ice Cream:
- For a richer, more intense mango flavor, use very ripe mangoes. Overripe mangoes work best!
- To avoid ice crystals, make sure your cream is thoroughly chilled before whipping and freeze the mixture in a shallow container for faster freezing.
- If your mangoes aren't very sweet, you can add a touch more condensed milk to your liking. Taste and adjust!
- Get creative with toppings! Consider adding chopped fresh mango, toasted coconut flakes, or a drizzle of honey for extra flavor and texture.
