  • 2 Banana ripe bananas will provide more sweetness and creaminess.

Dairy & Sweetener

  • 1 cup Milk whole milk recommended for creaminess, but you can use any type of milk you prefer.
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt plain yogurt is best, but vanilla or honey flavored will also work.
  • 1 tbsp Honey adjust to your preference. maple syrup can be used as a substitute.

Nuts & Spices

  • 1/4 cup Almonds sliced or slivered almonds work best. roughly chop or pulse in the blender before adding other ingredients for a smoother consistency.
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon ground cinnamon adds warmth and flavor.
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract optional, but enhances the overall flavor.
