Instructions
Prepare the Oven and Baking Sheets

Combine Dry Ingredients

Cream Butter and Sugar
- In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and sweetened condensed milk until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla extract.
Alternate Wet and Dry Ingredients
- With the mixer on low speed, gradually add the dry ingredients and Coca-Cola to the wet ingredients, alternating between the two and beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Bake the Cookies
- Drop rounded tablespoons of batter onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie. Gently smooth the tops of the cookies.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops spring back when lightly touched. Let cool completely on a wire rack.

- In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar, then beat in the vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Assemble the Whoopie Pies

Optional Chocolate Coating
- Dip the assembled Whoopie Pies in melted dark chocolate for an extra decadent treat (optional). If using red food coloring, add a few drops to a portion of the filling for a fun twist.
