I love this recipe as its very healthy and a boon for people who want to control their diet and have a sumptuous and hearty meal. Infused with the freshness of green veggies,  this recipe is wholesome, nutritious and very easy to make rather Bake!!! I have made few changes to make it healthy eg While making the white sauce I used Corn flour instead of maida and used olive oil in place of butter.

  • Chop all the vegetables in cubes or square shape or rather in big pieces as when you eat these vegetables you would enjoy them. 
  • Add water in a pot and put the pot to boil. Add all the vegetables and boil it for 5 minutes so that they become soft and hence would take less time in microwave during baking. Strain them using a Strainer or Colander.
  • Take milk and add corn flour, stir it till all the lumps are dissolved.
  • Heat the wok and put olive oil, you should never heat olive oil too much as at high temperature it becomes unstable.
  • Add onion and saute it till it becomes translucent or glossy.
  • Pour the milk & Corn flour liquid mix into the wok and stir it slowly till the pot starts boiling.
  • Add vegetables and salt, crushed pepper. It’s always good to use fresh crushed pepper due to its aroma and flavor.
  • Preheat the microwave for 200 degree Celsius.Set the timer for 30 minutes. .
  • Take the baking dish and brush it with olive oil pour the vegetables and keep it in microwave for baking
