About Baked Vegetables

I love this recipe as its very healthy and a boon for people who want to control their diet and have a sumptuous and hearty meal. Infused with the freshness of green veggies,  this recipe is wholesome, nutritious and very easy to make rather Bake!!! I have made few changes to make it healthy eg While making the white sauce I used Corn flour instead of maida and used olive oil in place of butter.
