Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Semolina or suji, or rawa suji rawa
  • 1 cup Clarified Butter or ghee ghee or
  • 1 cup Sugar and
  • 1/2 strands Saffron or kesar, or milk kesar or dissloved in milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Fruits finely chopped dry approximately
  • 1 pinch Cardamom Powder

  • Basic ingredients required for Rawa Kesari

  • Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan and add Suji . Saute' on low heat till golden in colour

  • Add dry fruits, 1- 2 cup of water , Saffron strands dissloved milk to sauteed Suji . Mix well everything and cook covered for next 5 minutes.

  • Add sugar , mix well and cook covered again for next 5 minutes and Rawa Kesari is ready to serve
