Traditionally , Rawa Kesari is prepared almost on every holy occasion , festival and specially on Ganesh chaturthi . Can be served breakfast, lunch, dinner or as it is ..as Rawa Kesari is irresistibly deliciousssss 😋😋😋

Ingredients
- Suji / Semolina / Rawa 1 cup
- Ghee or clarified butter 1 cup
- Sugar 1 and 1/2 cup
- Kesar or saffron strands 1/2 teaspoon dissloved in milk
- Finely chopped dry fruits approximately 1/2 tablespoon
- Cardamom powder 1 pinch

Instructions
- Basic ingredients required for Rawa Kesari
- Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan and add Suji . Saute' on low heat till golden in colour
- Add dry fruits, 1- 2 cup of water , Saffron strands dissloved milk to sauteed Suji . Mix well everything and cook covered for next 5 minutes.
- Add sugar , mix well and cook covered again for next 5 minutes and Rawa Kesari is ready to serve
- Garnish as per choice and serve . I have used traditional moulds to give it shape
