Ingredients
- ¾ cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup millet flour
- 1 teaspoon carom seeds
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion seeds
- 1 teaspoon raw turmeric paste
- 1 teaspoon raw ginger paste
- 1 tbsp onion paste
- 2 tbsp Green Chillies (chopped )
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 2 teaspoon kasuri methi
- Sesame oil (as required)
- Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Make a dough with wheat flour, millet flour, carom seeds, salt and water. Then keep rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan add onion seeds, chopped garlic, chopped green chillies, raw turmeric paste, ginger paste, onion paste, chickpeas flour, garam masala and salt.
- Mix evenly stir for a few minutes and see slowly it will leave the pan. Let the fillings cool then stuff into wheat dough.
- Take handful mixed flour dough spread like chapati with rolling pin. Then cut like shown in picture. Spread the fillings and fold again light press with fingers.
- Apply little oil and bake both sides on griddle. Now ready to serve.
