Instructions
Prepare the Dough
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes until foamy.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, salt, and chopped coriander.
- Add the activated yeast mixture to the flour mixture. Knead in warm milk until a soft, smooth dough forms.
- Lightly grease the dough with olive oil, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for 2 hours, or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough to release air.
Shape the Cones

- Roll each ball into a long, thin rope.
- Grease cone-shaped molds with oil. Wrap the dough rope around the mold, ensuring it's securely attached.
- Repeat for all dough balls. Cover loosely with a clean cloth and let rest for 10 minutes.

- Brush the cones with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare the Filling
- In a bowl, combine grated paneer, chopped onion, bell pepper, coriander, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and pizza seasoning. Mix well.
Assemble and Finish
- Once the cones are cool enough to handle, gently fill each cone with the paneer mixture.
- Top with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately with tomato ketchup and optional Schezwan sauce.
