  • 1 Bell Peppers 1 medium, capsicum, cucumbers, finely chopped; other vegetables like carrots, or zucchini can be substituted or added.
  • 1/2 cup Carrot grated
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber grated
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar white wine or rice vinegar preferred
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Herbs dried oregano, and thyme are good choices. adjust to taste., basil, mixed
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup or tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Butter for brushing the roti

Prepare the Roti Dough

  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Gradually add milk, mixing until a smooth, soft dough forms. Avoid adding too much water.

Make the Vegetable Filling

  • Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the chopped bell pepper, grated carrots, and grated cucumber. Sauté until slightly softened.
  • Stir in soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, mixed herbs, and salt. Cook for a few minutes until the flavors combine.

Assemble and Cook the Rolls

  • Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle (like a chapati).
