Chillies & Spices
- 250 gm Chilies adjust quantity based on spice preference. wear gloves when handling., green
- 150 gm Mustard Seeds use high-quality mustard seeds for best flavor.
- 1.5 tsp Salt adjust to taste.
Acids & Sweetener
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed lemon juice is recommended.
- 50 gm Sugar Powder granulated sugar can also be used.
- 1 tsp Vinegar adds a tangy kick and helps preserve the pickle., white

- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder for color and added flavor (optional).

- Finely chop the green chilies. In a clean, dry bowl, combine the chopped green chilies and mustard seeds.
