About Beetroot Rasam

Beetroot rasam I made the rasam powder in my own way. Rasam recipe is a traditional recipe of South India. There are so many ways to cook rasam, tomato rasam, lemon rasam and tamarind rasam.
Rasam is made by dry roasted toor dal, chana dal, coriander seeds, Fenugreek seeds, black corn, red chilli, curry leaves and hing. Just grind all these ingredients to make a fine powder. It can be stored for a year.
