About Avocado Coriander Chutney (Dhone Paata Guacamole Chaatney)

This vibrant Avocado Coriander Chutney, or Dhone Paata Guacamole Chaatney, is a modern twist on a classic Bengali condiment. Inspired by childhood memories of my mother's spirited chutney-making, this recipe blends the familiar flavors of coriander chutney with the creamy richness of avocado for a healthy and delicious upgrade.
Traditionally made with a sheel-baata (flat grinding stone), this recipe is easily adapted for modern kitchens, taking just minutes to prepare. The avocado adds a delightful creaminess and boosts the nutritional value, making it a perfect accompaniment to a variety of dishes.
Serve this versatile chutney with parathas, chips, sandwiches, or as a side to rice. Its unique blend of flavors will transport you to the heart of a Bengali kitchen.
