Expert Tips

  • For an extra layer of flavor, lightly toast the coriander leaves before blending. This enhances their aromatic qualities.
  • Adjust the amount of green chilies to control the spice level. Start with fewer and add more as needed.
  • The quality of your coriander leaves significantly impacts the flavor of the chutney. Opt for fresh, vibrant green leaves for the best results.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment! Add a squeeze of lime juice at the end for extra zing, or incorporate other fresh herbs like mint for a unique twist.
