- 1 Banana mashed, ripe
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2.5 tbsp Honey
- 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour whole
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon ground
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg for added warmth, ground, optional
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped
- 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips
For the Cream Cheese Filling
- 100 gm Cream Cheese softened
- 1 tbsp Butter softened, unsalted
- 1/3 cup Sugar granulated
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Corn Flour

Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling
- Beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, beating until well combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Stir in the cornstarch until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a piping bag or zip-top bag with a corner snipped off and set aside.
Prepare the Cake Batter
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a blender, combine the chopped apple, mashed banana, honey, and oil. Blend until you have a smooth paste.
