Aloo Paratha

Its my most favorite dish.. my mom makes aloo paratha in breakfast or in dinner mostly in winter season we both love this a lot.. aloo paratha is my love i just loved it and its give me lots of childhood memories as well as sweet memories behind aloo paratha... We just loved it ❤❤❤

Ingredients
  

  • Boiled potatoes 4
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder half teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Heeng a pinch
  • Oil 1 tablespoon
  • For dough
  • Wheat flour 5 cups
  • Salt
  • Curd 1 tablespoon
  • Water as required
  • Coriander leaves few

Instructions
 

  • In a big bowl add wheat flour salt curd and mix well now add water and make a soft dough
  • When dough is ready keep it for one to two hours
  • Now boiled and peel potatoes
  • In a wok heat oil add sliced onion when its turn in brown color add potatoes and all dry spices and mix it well
  • Mix and mashed all the potatoes and add coriander leaves mix well and keep a side to let it cool
  • Now take a small portion of a dough make a round ball and flat it on your palm put some potatoes mixture and cover it from all the side
  • Now sprinkle some flour and roll in a round shape
  • Now heat a pan put paratha on it and afterfew minutes flip it if its turn golden in color from both the sides so now spread ghee and make it crispy
  • Serve hot with curd or pickles
