- 4 Potato boiled and peeled, medium-sized

- 2 Chili finely chopped, green
- 1 tbsp Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Chili Powder red
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida hing
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed jeera
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder dhania

- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree green or red
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Coriander chopped, for garnish
- 2 tbsp Ghee
Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes
- Boil and peel 4 medium-sized potatoes. Grate them coarsely.
Sauté Aromatics
- Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and allow them to splutter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until lightly golden. Then, add the finely chopped green chilies, asafoetida, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add Tomato Puree and Potatoes
