- 4 Potato and cubed (about 2 cups cubed), boiled, large, peeled

- 1 tbsp Refined Oil or any neutral cooking oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Chili finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference), green
For the Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder (adjust to your spice preference), red
- 1-1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
For Garnish
- 1/4 bunch Coriander finely chopped, fresh
