  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mango puree, castor sugar, yogurt, and vegetable oil until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined. Do not overmix.

Prepare the Air Fryer and Muffins

  • Lightly grease a 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or oil. Pour the batter evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top of each muffin (optional).

Air Fry the Muffins
