Ingredients

- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 1 cup Mango Puree fresh mango, pureed
- 1 cup Caster Sugar granulated sugar can be substituted
- 1/2 cup Yogurt or greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
Topping (Optional)
- 1/4 cup Almonds sliced
Instructions
Prepare the Dry Ingredients
- Sift together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.
Combine Wet Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mango puree, castor sugar, yogurt, and vegetable oil until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
