- 1/2 cup Sugar powdered
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder elaichi
Wet Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Hung Yogurt plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Mango Puree from about 2 ripe mangoes
- 1-2 tbsp Milk as needed for consistency
Garnish
- 2 tbsp Pistachios chopped

Prepare the Oven and Ingredients
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cardamom powder. Sift twice for a light and airy texture.
