Bi Colour Jalebi Paratha
This is an innovative recipe which is very tasty. I used bathua leaves for green paste. I applied gram flour paste for inside. Both combination gives a good taste and flavour.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Paste green
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Green Chillies
- cloves Garlic
- Paratha or oil oil for
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Make a paste with adding bathua leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves and salt. Then keep aside.
- Take wheat flour and make a dough with adding green paste and keep aside.
- Take a pan add little oil and gram flour. Roast until the aroma come out.
- Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt. Put off the flame and mix evenly.
- Add little water to make a paste and keep separate. Now spread the green dough then apply the gram paste evenly. Cut and fold then twist again spread the bi colour paratha.
- Now bake the paratha with little oil and serve with any other pickle. This recipe is good for breakfast and tiffin box.
