This is an innovative recipe which is very tasty. I used bathua leaves for green paste. I applied gram flour paste for inside. Both combination gives a good taste and flavour.
Yield / Serves
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup green paste
1/2 cup gram flour
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Oil for paratha
Make a paste with adding bathua leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves and salt. Then keep aside.
Take wheat flour and make a dough with adding green paste and keep aside.
Take a pan add little oil and gram flour. Roast until the aroma come out.
Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt. Put off the flame and mix evenly.
Add little water to make a paste and keep separate. Now spread the green dough then apply the gram paste evenly. Cut and fold then twist again spread the bi colour paratha.
Now bake the paratha with little oil and serve with any other pickle. This recipe is good for breakfast and tiffin box.
